I have been in the ERP industry for over 30 years.

Using Claude in my ERP work and the results are nothing short of amazing.

The interactive diagrams help clarify complex workflows and processes so teams can focus on doing real work that moves their business forward.

That’s great. Can you share an example so I can try to make a good prompt for it?

Claude code has been able to make those basic html graphs for a while. Whats new is the flow-charty *diagrams*, like figures for academic papers or articles, where one might otherwise go for excalidraw

Ruben Hassid's avatar

Agree, but remember that most people don't even know what's Claude code and never used it. Probably 0.01% of the population did.

It is not working on https://claude.ai/chat/. I got thise response " Unfortunately I can't generate interactive charts directly," and it is suggesting I use ChatGPT with Advanced Data Analysis

try hard refresh or incognito mode.

Somehow I am sad retirement is around the corner. I would love to use all this for more than hobby.

Ruben Hassid's avatar

You can always have a fun hobby of using it, no?

Love this and your energy!

thats really nice - hope it all works out :)

The real shift here isn't just charts being interactive—it's that Claude's doing the heavy lifting of turning complexity into understanding. You don't need to be a designer or engineer to turn raw data or abstract concepts into something your team actually comprehends. That's a big deal for how ideas move through organizations.

now you just type what you mean :)

Ruben, once again, great info. I’ve been away, but am happy that the electricity has decided to come back enjoying the newsletters because I had missed this.

I just put your advice to work and used Claude to generate a Value vs. Investment scatter plot and a Mastery Roadmap using the Interactive chart only command. It’s such a powerful way to visualize ROI without getting bogged down in the backend code. I wish I could share a screenshot of the results. Thanks for the constant value.

Ruben Hassid's avatar

hi Grace - glad i could help :) did it work on your first try?

Did I miss the trick for sharing in a DocX or PPT presentation?

I find that quite a few folks are challenged by receiving html. I've been generating similar charts in Gemini for a while. It's great stuff... until you need to share it. I've ended up hosting them on our site in an obscure directory with a password if necessary. But LOTS of folks ended up getting confused about "What am I supposed to do with this html?" "Is it a virus?"

The products might be ready, but the clients aren't quite.

Ruben Hassid's avatar

that’s why download, upload to drive then send the google link - surely no “is this a virus” aha

David Russell's avatar

When I share to Box, Google Drive, etc. the html doesn't change it's mime type and instead becomes an html document where people see the raw html, becoming further confused. The only solution I've found is to upload it to a hosting solution where the html is actually rendered properly.

Ruben Hassid's avatar

oh what hosting solution?

Just a VPS on Digital Ocean. $4/mo

I have been playing with Claude artifacts and it has really surpassed my expectations (way better than ChatGPT diagrams). They are so well-made, even after giving a not-so-detailed prompt!

Ruben Hassid's avatar

no setup required is the best part - what did you make?

Thomas Percevaut's avatar

Hi Ruben, could you send me an invite to your Slack?

Thx, Thomas

Ruben Hassid's avatar

sent you a dm :)

I'm quite impressed by what Claude is launching every week

they really have this momentum :)

Amazing content as always, Ruben. If I may ask, I’m struggling with knowing how to learn this much more and how to use Claude or any AI for that matter to create a side hustle of some sort. Currently I’m only using ChatGPT and have a pretty good understanding of Gemini. But I just can’t seem to find ways how to make extra income… any help and tips would be greatly appreciated my friend. Thanks!

Just yesterday I got Claude to make interactive visualizations to explain simple and compound interest. And even for the particular case of a recession or market crash.

Truly fascinating stuff.

Ruben Hassid's avatar

I had the same feeling when I tested it :)

Juan Gonzalez's avatar

Yeah! I mean the graph was pretty detailed and I was able to play with some sliders.

Here's the note I posted about it: https://substack.com/@robopulp/note/c-228185684

Let me know if it is that good or I'm just overhyping it. 😆
