Just shared your post. Going to upgrade to paid to learn more alongside you. Your mix of techniques, tactics and screenshots coupled with enthusiasm and pragmatism makes this infinitely better than any Instagram influencer hawking a course.

makes me happy to read, really :) i'd rather show my screenshots than sell a course on "AI mastery"

Just fascinating.

the biggest launch of the year so far.

Absolutely love all your content, but this one has been one of my favorites thus far! Love your example use cases, never thought of asking it to research ads from meta! Or ArXiV research! I use other tools, but I think it’s time to cancel a lot of other subscriptions! Maybe even time to shut down my openclaw, which drains my tokens like mad! 😅

made this in a day so really happy to know you liked it :)

when you finally try it, let me know how it goes!!

I’m on the Claude paid $20 personal pro plan… after 10 minutes of use, it hits the limit and I have to wait 6 hours for this to reset… it started hitting the limit when I started using cowork. Am I doing something wrong?

Ruben Hassid's avatar

yup - a single Cowork session burns usage fast. especially if you use it daily. have you considered Max?

Max? What is Max @Ruben Hassid

This is one of the most frustrating challenges with Claude - every month I end up adding at least another 15€ to buy more processing time. Sometimes though I take where I left off with Claude and jump back over to ChatGPT to continue working until my time resets. While I prefer Claude, I find this process of moving my conversations and task between the two can sometimes produce even better results because it brings in a new perspective/process. Of course, I have pro plans still on both platforms and not everyone can afford that.

Ruben Hassid's avatar

That's why I highly suggest the $100 plan. I was hitting the same limits.

Domen Kert's avatar

Yup $100 is amazing can almost never hit limits

Ruben Hassid's avatar

you know it :)

Marco Famà's avatar

yeah, then you check https://status.claude.com/ and get 5x frustrated :((((

Ruben Hassid's avatar

a price to pay for these intelligence.

Is there a post about best practices with regard to using Cowork or Claude Computer on the same browser you log in to your financial accounts with? Or linking to the same email account that you use for financial logins? Or if you have sensitive data in google drive, is it safe to link to that email or give access to drive?

I'd love to know if there is a "best practices" we should be thinking about with regard to this. I'm hesitant to go all in unless I know I'm not being reckless.

Ruben Hassid's avatar

i replied to your other comment - its best to start with non-sensitive tasks.

Em's avatar

Thank you I looked and looked and couldn't find my first comment! Sorry abou that. I thought maybe it didn't post.

Véronique Teulière's avatar

Same for me. Security is number 1.

ToxSec's avatar

this is a huge jump in capabilities. really going to be interesting to watch where we go from here.

Ruben Hassid's avatar

still Q1 of 2026 too. cant wait for an AI wrap up by the end of the year :)

Thank you so much for writing this piece. It helped me understand Claudes functionaity and got me to play around with it more and see how it all connects. So fun and fascinating!

Ruben Hassid's avatar

you’d love this newsletter - its everything about Claude: https://ruben.substack.com/p/claude :)

Francis Court's avatar

OK, I'll try that... its hard to know whether using an older model would generate good enough results with web research and populating a CRM in Notion... (Im addicted to Opus 4.6, works so well). I guess this is trial and error but I see youre always recommending to use Opus 4.6

Ruben Hassid's avatar

for web research, Grok is the best: https://ruben.substack.com/p/grok-420

Opus 4.6 + Extended Thinking. that two always :)

Ruben Hassid's avatar

Oh it can definitely. There is a Notion connector.

Karsten Samland's avatar

No reason anymore to hustle with the set up of OpenClaw, right?

Ruben Hassid's avatar

yup :) not a fan of the current state of AI agents.

Karsten Samland's avatar

At least the progress is extremely quick. Let’s hope, for all of us, that it is moving in the right direction.

Véronique Teulière's avatar

This is amazing 🤗 No Mac here... can’t wait for the next step... Time for me to get familiar with Claude 😁

Ruben Hassid's avatar

you really should - hopefully my guides can help you out.

PS: Claude is available on Windows, except for Dispatch.

Véronique Teulière's avatar

Yes, I will. I already downloaded Claude and Euria to try them.

But my ChatGPT is knowing me so well now, that I feel like I'm betraying him (mine is a boy 🤣)...

Mango Chili's avatar

My colleague ran out of usage in Claude today, and had to go back to ChatGPT. He said it felt like going back to an ex. If it makes you feel better, you’ll always go back. 🤣

…all this with the assumption that we all trust that the owner of the engine will not be interested in what we do or in what it reads in our files… and that we do not care if the engine is reusing something that it learnt working for us to better serve somebody else…

Stefano Pogliani's avatar

Thank you!

Interestîng… so this is an Intelligence which does not learn from real life experience?

Kelly Ferguson's avatar

if you use 2 desktops and 1 laptop and you want the same Master folder (about me, projects, templates, outputs) to be used across all 3, do you put this in cloud storage somewhere like onedrive, icloud,? that might slow things down right? whats best practice?

Ruben Hassid's avatar

should be a dedicated synced folder - iCloud Drive is the least friction for macs.

Kabeir Bahadur's avatar

Hey Ruben, thanks for creating this. I am taking the plunge after reading your posts on LinkedIn. Everything was working great until I reached the cowork settings screenshots in your guide as it looks totally different for me- maybe its because i'm using a windows laptop? I'm a bit confused on how to proceed and would appreciate your guidance. Thanks!

Ruben Hassid's avatar

hi - its macOS-only for now.

Lennard Büssow's avatar

Love the guides Ruben!!

Ruben Hassid's avatar

thanks, Lennard :) anything i should cover?
